We recommend all Training & Test Lung, Thumper® and Life-Stat® owners register their products with us. Registered users are immediately notified of information regarding product upgrades and calibration due dates. To process your registration we need you to answer a few questions. Please begin your registration by entering the serial number of your unit. The serial number will appear on the invoice/packing slip of your product. On the product itself, the serial number may be found on the Serial Number label (circled in red on the photos below).
NOTE: For your convenience, if you have a fleet of units to register, just fill out one entry (per product) placing the first serial number in the box provided below. List the remaining SNs in the 'Any additional comments:" section. THANK YOU.
